Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
